It’s much easier now to create and administrate your online shop! New e-commerce engine functions allow you to create goods catalogue in Microsoft Excel format, upload it to your online-shop and start selling - fast and easily!

Step I. Download Microsoft Excel file with the required structure and fill it with you List of Goods (to download the sample click here...)

Fill the required fields: id of each position of your goods list, its name, category, price, description, discounts etc. Save the file on your computer.

Step II. Start the online shop trial version. You need to create your test version of the online shop on http://advantshop.com/trial. Developers can download the web-site trial version and install it on their computers. The trial version is also available for downloading on http://advantshop.com/trial.

Step III. Upload your Excel catalogue and start working. When your online shop trial version is created, log in (username: admin, password; 123) and enter the administrating section. Select Catalogue from the main menu, then select Import from Excel. Click Browse, then select your Excel-file and click Upload. If necessary, tick the box “Disable all products at first”.

When your Goods Catalogue is uploaded to the online shop, you’ll start working!

The integration of e-commerce engine with Microsoft Excel also simplifies you further working with the online shop:

1. You can easily update your online shop Goods Catalogue via changing your Excel-file and reloading it to your web-site.

2. You can copy your goods offers from the online shop Catalogue (Export to Excel) and save it as Microsoft Excel file (for example, price.xls).
