Having purchased AdvantShop. NET license you receive either 30-day free technical support assistance or 40 technical support points.
Common definitions for technical support parameters (support points)
Technical support point is equal to a certain amount of support work.
For example:
5 points are equal to a small, general product consultation without investigating directly on your store.
10 points may include problem resolution, proper AdVantShop.NET-based store configuration or consulting on software architecture.
20 points may include a small code modification on customization performed directly on your server.
Points are granted to you after purchasing the product or buying paid support service. Point deduction is done on your approval of completed work.
Bug Fixing Policy
We guarantee to provide bug fixes for a product at no additional cost.
This rule is applied to initial product versions which were not modified/customized by third-party developers.
Paid Technical Support
Paid support can be provided either via monthly or pre-paid point-based system.
Our support includes resolution for the following questions:
- Consulting on AdVantShop.NET features;
- Assistance in configuring your online store based on AdVantShop.NET;
- Minor modifications not related to code changes performed by the client;
- Integration of AdVantShop.NET updates into your online store.
